Liposuction after breast reduction surgery is often helpful, especial when there are some asymmetries. It is true that with additional breast tissue being removed, the skin will not be as tight. But if the amount removed by liposuction is not excessive, then the slight added droopiness is usually minimal or at least acceptable. Sometimes a little excision of skin can be helpful. I would return to your plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
