I think that you would get a great results with a regular tummy tuck. I don’t think that the additional scars of a circular tummy tuck would be worth the benefit. However I think you would have a better result if you had liposuction of your hips in addition to the tummy tuck for an optimal results.

It appears from your photos that you would have benefited more from a tummy tuck. I don't think that you need to wait more than a few weeks to have a tummy tuck, however, if you can lose some weight first, your results will be better.

The look you want seems to be a little ptotic (sagging), so you probably don't need a lift if you want that sagging look. It does seem that there is a difference in the size of your breasts, but that can be corrected by placing different size implants for your augmentation.

Sometimes more Alloderm can be used, but usually the Alloderm that is already there has been incorporated into your own tissue and it can be utilized for the revision. It is difficult to tell from your photograph, but if those areas on your lower abdomen are excess fat then it would be amenable to remove with liposuction. It appears to be only small amounts, so it should be no problem to have the liposuction at the same time as your breast augmentation. However, you should consult with your board certified plastic surgeon to see if he is comfortable doing both procedures.

You should be able to get your tummy tuck once you reach your goal weight. The muscles that were cut during your C-section should’ve been repaired at the time of the C-section. The best way of removing all your loose skin is with them abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Your drooping breasts would most likely need a mastopexy (breast lift). A reduction in the size of your areolae would be done at the same time as well as reducing the size of your breasts if you wished to be smaller. A consultation would be needed to determine if there is residual fat that could be removed with liposuction (under local anesthesia if you prefer) or weakness of your abdominal muscles that would require a more involved procedure. After breast augmentation, it might take several months to get the final result. Many times you won't be able to feel your implants especially if they are silicone gel. However, there is no guarantee that they won't be felt by your partner, and more likely if your breasts were small to begin with. Also, up close your scars may also be visible. Of course, if you are uncomfortable with the result you can always have them removed.

I recommend removing all jewelry prior to surgery for many reasons. However if your nipple ring is difficult to remove there shouldn't be any problems as it is away from the area of your abdominal liposuction.
