Thank you for your question. Sometimes after surgery of the upper eyelid small irregularities can occur.
Initially, massage is helpful however as you approach one year from surgery a simple scar revision can produce an ideal scar. However the redness in the scar will return and will be noticeable for 3-6 month. Consult a board certified plastic surgery to determine the risk and benefits of revising this scar.

After 48hrs, I would recommend contacting your physician’s office to inquire about replacingthe soiled steri strips with the additional clean set. Unfortunately, there are a small percentage of patients that will develop an allergic reaction to dermal fillers. You should consult the provider that performed your injections immediately. If the filler contains hyaluronic acid, i.e. Juvederm, Belotero, Restylane, it can be partially or completely removed with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. In addition, they may want you to start taking Benadryl. Good luck.

Is fat transfer possible in an extremely thin patient?

It is difficult to determine if a fat transfer is possible with a person of your size. An in-office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is needed for further examination. In your case it may be necessary to gain weight pre-procedure then undergo the fat transfer. After the procedure, approximately 50% of the transferred fat will remain, resulting in an increase of a half cup to one full cup size. Good luck!
