Thread lifts are a wonderful way to improve skin laxity, resolve wrinkles and improve facial drooping. However they do not resolve loss of volume in the lower face. In my experience the combination of fillers, or better yet, collagen stimulators such as Sculptra and PDO threads to restore the youthful lower face architecture, than thread lift alone. Good luck

We do lots of Venus Freeze treatments in the office. The radiofrequency modality employed by Venus Freeze is a safe and gradual loss of volume, typically results of one treatment would be minimal. It takes a number of treatments to lose volume and that loss is usually a pretty even result. The treatment that would produce significant loss of volume in spots and patches would likely result in severely burned tissue and would not be tolerable in the first place.

There are several options to address the hollowness under the eyes, the most common one being the conservative use of fillers. Suitable fillers include Restylane Silk, Belotero and several others. They have to be injected in very small amounts and deep along the bone as the superficial injection may result in more swelling and festoon formation. It is not uncommon to have uneven swelling, and it is usually not indicative of the final results. Day 2 after injections swelling is very common and usually cannot predict final outcome, do not worry and use ice compresses on the area. Swelling depends on many factors, and should slowly subside over the period of a few days to 2 weeks after initiall Kybella injection. Bellafill is a wonderful choice for nasolabial folds, it is a natural and long lasting product. However, since the product is permanent, it cannot be dissolved by hyalironidaze if the result is not cosmetically suitable. I recommend choosing a professional injector who is comfortable with the product and going slow, injecting one syringe at a time. Results can always be touched up in a week or two.
