Give it about 3 more months. Let all the swelling go down. It sound like a reasonable amount of fat was removed. Swelling will continue to obscure the results at this point.

It is difficult to see the bumps along the incision site. Its is best to have your plastic surgeon look at them. Firmness along an incision site is normal at this time. On occasion, you could be having a stitch working it way out.

It is not uncommon to leave a liposuction incision site open to allow it to drain. The extrusion of fat can be trimmed by your plastic surgeon. It is extremely rare to get an infection whether the incision sites are sutured or left to drain.
Scar looks bad. Is this normal at 18 days post-op?

It appears that the fullness of the incision sites are due to a suturing technique designed to minimize the width of scar tissue that your body will supply. Everyone want a thin incision. Your body however doesn’t care how much scar tissue it puts between the razor thin line your surgeon left behind. The technique is designed to take tension off the incision site. The body likes this so it usually puts only a thin amount of scar tissue.
Post-augmentation bra band size question – too tight after procedure?

Ask your plastic surgeon what he recommends. The bra should support or cradle the breast. The breast are going to swell and there is not prediction how much. So something soft that allows for room is what I tell my patients.
Do I have to have a Tummy Tuck or can I have Liposuction alone? My skin is quite firm.

Swelling between the breast is normal due to the skin over the sternum being placed on stretch. The swelling in the arm pit region looks like what is called the tail of Spence. With a Tummy Tuck it is very common to have numbness over the area. Below the belly button the sensation with take a very long time or not completely come back. This is normal. In areas that are liposuctioned (you mentioned your back and I’m assuming you had some liposuction) the nerve endings get pretty “beat up”. It take sometimes months for them to recover.

It’s best to have your plastic surgeon check out any area after a surgery that worries you. Bruising is normal after any surgical procedure. The incision site is difficult to see due to the angle of the pictures.

It is very difficult to determine whether the implants are exposed. The silvadine always makes a goopy bad looking mess as its working. Check with your plastic surgeon.
