Dear pirateship, there comes a time where things are not going to get better and you (the surgeon) have to go back in and fix it. That is the case with your seroma. Seromas don't get better by themselves unless you use compression and limit mobility and of course drain them repeatedly so they will close. Dear ssm857, nobody needs a lift, it's a choice! Your breasts look very nice and attractive to me. I know it's a big change from your 375s but now you don't need to worry about those implants. What you need to know is that even the best lift will not return your upper fullness and if it does it will be temporary. Natural breasts always slope in the upper pole. Lifted breasts without implants always bottom out.

Dear Sweet Betty, some surgeons are more conservative and others are more aggressive. Breast lift with augmentation is a complicated operation and going too large on the size of the implant is risky. If you currently wear a C cup size and you want a 350 cc implant, that doesn't seem too unreasonable. What I do for a wound like that is to debride it in the office until the necrotic tissue is gone. I like to treat the open wound itself with silvadene and use an occlusive dressing. If the wounds are deep then I would pack it with gauze embedded with silvadene. I believe this regimen prevents infection and speeds up the healing. You have a small breakdown right at the inverted "T" which is the most common site. Don't worry it will heal. The polysporin is perfect for now but you need to be looked at! You had drainage that under the sterile strip produced maceration and therefore the ugly look. You did great removing it so it can dry up with the pads soaking up the drainage.
