Your photos look, to me, like you would be a good candidate for a lip lift. The other features of your face seem to call for a shorter upper lip. Find a good surgeon by word-of-mouth and review sources that you trust. As in all facial work, subtlety triumphs over obvious. A good subtle lip lift can be a stunner of a little procedure, but remember underdone can be corrected much more easily than can overdone be.

I believe that the Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane provide an excellent opportunity to try filling your lip without permanent downside consequences. Fat grafting is permanent, as a lip lift would be. I would want to test the artistic expertise of my plastic surgeon first using a " pencil with an eraser". If it turned out well, then he could use an " indelible marker".

Whether someone's left brain calls one of your breasts tubular or not, you are going to need your plastic surgeon's right brain, the less verbal and more artistic one, to get you a reasonable result. You will be a challenge, for sure. An expectation of improvement is certainly reasonable, symmetry is not. Having said that, some of my toughest cases have been my most satisfied, not because their result was so stunning, but because what they had been living with before was so distressing.

With the degree of asymmetry that you had preoperatively, you represent a challenge. Sometimes, differences in breast size are due to chest wall asymmetry instead of, or in addition to, gland size.
