Paper Taping To Incision Following Plastic Surgery

Our
practice recommends that you continue using the paper tape for 2-3months
following your procedure. Micropore tape works by putting compression on the
scar (which helps it to heal flat) and by supporting the scar (which helps keep
it from widening). Most patients will take the tapes off in the shower (getting
the tapes wet makes it easier to remove) then wash the incision with mild soap
and water. Once dry they will apply new tape and do the same thing 5-7 days
later.

With the dental work you are talking about I think it's safest that you are recover and free of any dental complications prior to undergoing plastic surgery. This is very important if you are considering breast implants. If you are considering breast implant surgery and decide to have that first you should probably wait at least 3 months (and may even consider taking antibiotics) at the time of you dental procedure in consultation with your plastic surgeon.
Does having more breast tissue initially allow for saline implants to feel a bit more natural?

The more soft tissue coverage ( breast volume and subcutaneous fat) you have, the less likely your are to feel the edges of a saline implant and generally speaking the more natural they will look. The discussion of suglandular placement ( on top of the muscle ) vs submuscular placement ( under the muscle) is also very important as far as appearance and feel of a saline implant. Most saline implants are placed under the muscle.
