If you are planning to have children in the next few years, your breast size, shape and tone will most likely change, and surgery after having children will give the best long-term result. A complete breast reduction with implant placement is not a good option for cosmetic result. A breast lift with minimal reduction, with or without a small implant is probably your best option.
