Hello and thank you for your question. Either procedure would be fine going first. I would probably recommend a tummy tuck and BBL first; this will give you a small waist and will give you an idea on how big of an implant you would want. I would not stage the BBL & Tummy tuck; you will need all the fat possible in order to transfer to the buttocks separating these will be a waste of fat.

However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what surgery is best for you….

Hello & thank you for your question. Based on the photos you provided you will be a great candidate for a mommy makeover. Hello and thank you for your question. In order to have optimal results after a tummy tuck it is best that you have reached your goal weight. I recommend calling the surgeon you have in mind asking for their BMI requirements this will give you an idea as to where your weight should be. After a tummy tuck it is best to wait at least 6 weeks prior to getting back into the gym, it is recommended to ease back into your old routine.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photos it looks like you have a diastasis recti and you are a perfect candidate for a tummy tuck. Since having a baby involves weight gain and abdominal skin stretching, I would recommend waiting at least a year after the C-section this will give your body a chance to recover. Ideally it would be great to be at a steady weight this will give you the best results.
