Hello and thank you for your question! Judging by your photo and description you do seem like a good candidate for a breast augmentation. Your surgeon will be careful to avoid excessive dissection towards the center of your chest to avoid synmastia. You could consider a high profile implant, as its base is narrower than a moderate profile implant, and requires less dissection centrally. Hello! Thank you for your question and congratulations on your weight loss! You are right to consider liposuction to accentuate your weight loss rather than as a weight loss tool itself. That being said, the surgical results will be better if you do lose a little bit more weight. Depending on how much loose skin is left when you are at your optimal weight, you may also be a good candidate for a tummy tuck as well. Good luck!
