On the photograph that you posted a scar is not well visible for the scar reason alone I would not suggest revision surgery. There is residual redundant skin but by removing more skin it would alter your ethnic appearance. so unless you like the westernized look I would not suggest additional surgery .

I agree with the other surgeons that you have formed a suture abscess at those incision sites. Typically they resolve with no problems but I recommend you visit your surgeon frequently so he can keep a close eye on these areas and possibly perform the cleansing for you. I also noticed on the photograph that you have a rash formed on the left side. I would recommend you do not apply same kind of tape again and possibly just leave the suture line open to air.

I believe I still see some bruising or dyschromia on the photographs at this site were fat harvesting was performed . If you plan to corrective surgery I would wait until six months from your recent fat transfer operation. Then a combination of additional fat removal with liposuction at the periphery of the defects and placing fat graft into the defects will have the best possible chance to correct your problem.

You are an excellent candidate for fat transfer to your tear trough/lower eyelid area. However I would recommend to have the fat harvested from your abdomen or hips not from from your face. Having full cheeks will help you to appear younger later in life and it will be very difficult to remove it without leaving some irregularities.

Your pictures are a bit blurry but from what I can tell by looking at it there are clearly two areas below your orbit that have prominences which could be just left over swelling or fatgrafts . I think only your surgeon will know where exactly he placed the fat and whether he may have included the infraorbital portion of you tear trough as well.
It always behooves to wait for all the swelling to go away which can persist under the eyes for 3 month...

Hello. It’s a matter of preference as to which is used. Usually, if your skin is more oily the gel use is preferable. The absorption is better. More mature skin that tends to be dry is usually prescribed the cream. A little tip - make sure skin is completely dry after cleansing. This will cut down on the side effect of dry/red skin after use.

I would recommend a modified abdominoplasty with hernia umbilical hernia repair and tightening the abdominal wall. Little skin removal on the lower abdomen. Liposuction alone will not help much. Good luck . I hope this helps

Sorry that you have developed this complication. The areas of necrosis need to observed over the next few weeks and no skin needs to be removed unless there is signs of infection with redness and drainage. Eventually the areas will shrink some. A scar revision after a year may help with the final result.If you have drainage from the belly button site dry dressing changes is the right thing to do.
Hang in there it will get better.

Based on the photographs a breast lift with reduction of your areolar size will help to improve shape and of your tuberous breast tremendously. The slightly larger breast can be reduced a little so they will match better. You might also consider a breast implant to help with the cleavage area since your breasts are a bit narrow.

I would start with the garment that your surgeon provides and buy your own later when you can fit it after surgery. There is usually some drainage the first 2 days and your first garment may get stained and that is a good time to replace.
I usually recommend Arnica gel for bruising and Bromelain tabs for swelling.

Your surgeons recommendation to wait a while should be followed. However after 6 month not to much improvement can be expected. Ultrasonic treatment of the bruised areas could be helpful and possibly injection of fat graft or RENUVA could help with dents.

Agree with some of the earlier answers that there is no Symmastia present. No need for surgery at this time. I suggest you care well for your skin to help the stretch marks that are visible and also still swelling is present.
