Depends on the desired effect. Must have an eye exam with peripheral vision done. If there is limitations, then surgery is definitely a better option.

Depends on the depth of the tear troughs. 1 cc divided is usually more than enough. Although belotero may swell for up to 5 days after injection. Volbella may be a better option.
Is having a delayed reaction to Volbella normal/possible? Does it mean I'm allergic?

Volbella is not designed to be injected underneath the eyes. Although as a hyaluronic acid it could be theoretically injected anywhere. I do not believe such a delayed reaction is expected. You need to return to your injector. They will create a case and send it over to Allergan. The company will respond within few days with an answer.

Fullness of the lips created by a hyaluronic acid may be perceived as stiffness. It is a thick gel and it is injected into very small area. That's why it creates the feeling.

It is difficult. We could combine the hyaluronidase enzyme to try to dissolve the gel with any heat producing laser/RF. Or we could do series of RF over it to speed up the metabolism.
