You have a normal epicanthal fold bilaterally, but with your left sided blepharoplasty this causes an increase in webbing. I believe you’re right and that Botox and fillers will never achieve your goals. I believe that this is what’s elevating the upper eyelid tissue and contributing to the asymmetry.
