The best result would be from a full tummy tuck. It allows for maximal resection of skin and abdominal wall tightening. A mini tummy tuck is limited to those patients with a small pooch below the belly button and minimal skin laxity. A mini tummy tuck will not be able to address skin laxity laterally either. In addition, the belly buttton is usually not involved.

You should be at a steady weight for at least 2 months before an abdominoplasty. You definitely should not be on any type of crash diet at the time of surgery. It is not healthy. It really does not matter what your weight is for an abdominoplasty. If you are heavy, you will still be heavy, but you stomach will look better.

Implants do NOT shape breasts. The implant just makes bigger what you naturally have. You need to remove skin and possible breast tissue to reshape your breasts. You need a breast lift with a small impant 250-275cc to fill out volume in your breast. This will not make you bigger, but more fuller and rounder looking.

It is possible to fill out a slightly droopy breast with an implant in order to give the appearance of lifting the breast. This is just an illusion however. Augmentation just makes bigger what you naturally have. The only real way to lift a breast is to remove skin. The fullness one get with an implant tightens the skin, and appears to lift the nipple areolar complex. In your situation, a moderate sized implant in the 300 cc range would do the job

In your situation, over the muscle or subglandular implantation is the best. You have no real breast droop, just loss of volume. I would recommend silicone implants as well over the muscle. It would give you a more natural look, feel, and shape.

You are not alone. I have had a few patients complain of headaches with Dysport injections. They are usually self limited and do not cause any long term consequences.  The patients usually end up going back to Botox. So try using Botox next time and see what happens.
