Often people get blood work on an empty stomach with nothing to eat or drink for a few hours. This can make you a little dehydrated and make some of your lab results look a bit concentrated, or high. It is unlikely this would delay your surgery unless other results indicate some reason to do further evaluation to assess what is going on.

You have a great shape for liposuction. Mimimal skin laxity but moderate fullness. 360 liposuction would definitely help the abdomen back and love handles. All that harvested fat could then be filtered and cleaned and used safely to enhance your buttocks! Keep in mind that in the months after you've healed, loose skin that does not tighten fully, may benefit from a tummy tuck. Ask your board certified plastic surgeon about it.

This not an uncommon problem. Ask your physician if maybe a topical lidocaine gel would help. It does require a prescription however. Also moisturize your skin well and gently massage the most sensitive areas. Often you can desensitize the swollen nerves by massaging the area and making the intensity lessen. Thankfully this is generally a temporary issue.

If your healing was straight forward, I usually recommend easing into abdominal exercise after 6 weeks. Start slowly. Short quick pains that dissipate quickly are OK but aches that last for several minutes may mean you are over doing it. Start with stretching and tiny sit-ups. If that goes well, gradually increase. Your hemoglobin is slightly low so some caution is warranted. Your surgeon should use a tumescent type of liposuction to minimize blood loss. You should also discuss with your surgeon about maybe limiting to total volume removed to a reasonable amount of fat, in order to limit blood loss and avoid a transfusion later on.
