However, It is extremely important to watch for any bruising that seems to be expanding or becoming more firm to the touch. This could be an indication of active bleeding inside the implant pocket. You have what appears to be abdominal muscle out pouching or rectus diastasis. From your picture it appears that you have a grade 1 ptosis. I would caution against placing saline implants above the muscle. The breasts will appear less natural and more "fake". It is also possible to feel the implants or see rippling. I would recommend a retropectoral or dual plane approach. Always consult a board certified plastic surgeon before making a decision.

There should be no problem performing breast surgery and Brazilian Butt Lift at the same time. My only concern lies in the post op period. I prefer my BBL patients to not put any pressure on the butt for at least three weeks. This can get complicated if there is recent breast surgery as well. I think with some creative cushioning the results can be great!

In my practice, I inject pain medication into the nerves that provide sensation to the chest when I am performing any breast augmentation surgery. This would allow you to have a smaller waist line and a better overall silhouette. full tummy tuck. This would remove the fat and excess skin and would
re-contour your abdominal muscles to give you the flat stomach you are looking

Typically, the expectation is that 50% of the fat transferred is
