I would try fractional laser treatments and another steroid injection on your BBL scars before throwing in the towel and just revising the scars surgically.

Revising the scars around your areola can be very easy and straightforward and not even that expensive. It may be you need a permanent suture used for the revision to keep the scars from spreading/widening due to the tension from the implant. Fractional laser treatment may be able to help the scars too

Yes I would think those results could be improved but it would depend on how you surgeon did your initial surgery because you don't want to interrupt the blood supply to your areolas. Liposuction might improve it, as well as weight-training to build up the upper part of your pectoralis muscle to improve the overall aesthetics of the result

I would think you could get the liposuction and the areolar reduction at the same time. The areolar reduction should be done with a GoreTex or Prolene suture which is left in to reduce the risk of the areola spreading again

Yes surgically removing that tattoo would distort the shape of your breasts as well as possibly create an ugly, raised and thick scar. Best to do tattoo removal with a laser, which should give great results, it will just take a year to completely remove it but you will be happier in the end

Yes you absolutely can have liposuction after CoolSculpting, but it may be more difficult to do the procedure so I usually do it with the Vaser to break up the scar tissue from the CoolSculpting.

I have done Silhouette Ultralift threadlifts for the belly button and see an improvement with those, basically lifting the top of the bellybutton and making it look more youthful

The pins don't pierce the skin but the energy from the tip can break the skin. It is great for stretchmarks and helping to blend them with the surrounding skin so that they fade

I think it is possible that you could have what I call the "horseshoe" incision which goes around the top half of the areola and has medial and lateral extensions. If you were on testosterone then your pectoralis muscles would be larger and you would have shorter scars because less skin would need to be removed.

Looks like you need to have the double-incision surgery to excise the residual loose skin that you have. Your surgeon was probably trying to spare you the scars but it has come at the expense of the shape of your chest.

Yes it looks like you still have extra skin, you could build up your pec muscles through bodybuilding and/or fat transfer to the pec to address that. Or you could have the extra skin excised
