Several studies were performed to identify the ideal number of sessions required for an Emsculpt treatment. They looked at patients who underwent 4 sessions as well as 6 and 8 sessions. While 6 consecutive sessions (spread out over 3 weeks) showed a small additional benefit over the results of 4 sessions, 8 consecutive sessions (over 4 weeks) did not show a significant difference. Thank you for your question.
We routinely use both Asclera and STS in treatment of spider and varicose veins. If a severe allergic reaction is reported to one, we do not use the other. While I prefer Asclera over STS (for less pigmentation changes), I would not recommend its use if you had an anaphylactic reaction to STS.
I would consider hypertonic saline or if your veins a small and isolated, laser treatment.
