You are an excellent candidate based on your picture alone but you need to be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon to examine you and really decide what is best for you

Based on the pictures you probably need a full tummy tuck , you have weak muscles and wrinkles above your navel, it is difficult to evaluate without a picture of you bending over or sitting down to see how much of a Roll you have and the quality of your skin

If you have an umbilical hernia that will be repaired at the same time of a tummy tuck with plication of the diastasis of the rectus muscles( the separation of muscles due to pregnancy or overweight ) you don’t need a mesh ,it is better without it
