If you really want a BBL, you will need the fat from multiple areas to accomplish the fullness you desire. I would recommend having liposuction of the torso any transferring the fat to your buttocks.
Then undergo the tummy tuck and breast augmentation as a secondary procedure. Liposuction alone will not give you the flat tummy you want. The abdominoplasty will be needed.
Should I also add lipo to the flanks to accentuate my waist?

At 29 and without any significant medical history routine blood work may not be necessary. In my practice if you are undergoing general anesthesia we usually request a CBC complete blood count to evaluate both potential anemia and platelet count.

Getting closer to your ideal body weight would make your recovery faster and the surgical results more successful. If you blood pressure is controlled, hypertension should not limit your ability to undergo surgical procedures. I would not perform the BBL and tummy tuck at the same time. Based upon the photos provided, a circumareolar mastopexy or "donut lift" would not provide the result I believe you desire. The circumareolar lift will only provide a maximum of 2 cm (less than an inch) of lift. Some type of vertical scar must be added to obtain the best result. Fortunately, the vertical scar can heal very well when performed correctly.

This is way too early in your post operative recovery to consider any type of revision. Although it is very difficult to be patient, there is some visible swelling present that will change. Also this early after surgery, revisional surgery would be limited due to swelling and scar tissue formation at the surgical site. I recommend your wait and discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
