Arnica Montana and Bromelain will be beneficial for you post procedure. Ask your surgeon which form of the supplement he recommends for you. Diet is also important in the first couple of weeks postoperatively. Fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meats are ideal. (Fresh pineapple contains bromelain!) Refraining from salt will also aid in your recovery and greatly reduce swelling. Be Well!
