This is a 36 year-old female who is 5 feet and 3 inches tall and weighs 138 pounds at the time of her surgery. She presented to our office desiring a breast augmentation revision as she desired more upper pole fullness. She previously had elected for a saline breast augmentation. She then elected for removal of her saline implants and placement of 560cc high profile, xtra filled silicone gel implants. Prior to surgery she was a C+/D- bra cup size and following surgery she is a D+/DD bra cup size.
