This is a 58 year-old female who is 5 feet and 5.5 inches tall and weighed 123 pounds at the time of her surgery. She presented to our office with a desire for a breast augmentation and abdominoplasty. She was unsatisfied by the lack of volume to her breasts and excess skin tissue to her abdomen. She was a B+/C- bra cup size prior to surgery. She elected for an abdominoplasty as well as, placement of 475cc, high profile silicone gel implants. Following surgery she is a C+/D- bra cup size.
