I would strongly encourage you to contact the injector today. They should be available to see you. This could represent a hematoma (blood from a broken blood vessel) which will subside w/time but it could be too much filler or uneven filler which can indeed be dissolved by skillfully injecting an enzyme called hyaluronidase. This works within a few minutes. In some cases people can be allergic to a component of the filler. Your pictures show both lips are quite puffy and the delayed…
How can you tell if your doctor is using the real Juvaderm/juvaderm voluma filler or an alternative?
Check the box

Great question! First I’d only have a board certified Derm or Plastics doctor inject. Check the Allergan website to verify the doc is listed as one of their injectors. Finally I would ask to examine the box and look at the box as well as the syringes for the Allergan lot number.
Is this Actinic Keratosis?
Maybe, maybe not

You do seem young and have very little sun damage, so I’d be a bit tentative about that diagnosis as well. Try a moisturizer on the area for a week or two. If it does not resolve then I’d have the derm look at it again. An exam in person trumps a photo you know! It should be easily remedied either way.
Do I need all this treatment or are they just trying to up-sale me?
Personal consultation necessary

I’d suggest consultation face to face w/whomever will be offering the procedure. Every case we treat is different. We did use Ultherapy in our practice for several years and it does work moderately well to tighten tissue in selected cases. It is indeed painful and expensive.I encourage you consider other non – invasive options, such as those using radiofrequency devices; we’ve switched over to Forma (InMode) as I’m impressed w/their results and the procedure is relatively painless and…
Can I get a mole removed from my vagina?

Actually as scary as this sounds in skilled hands its a pretty gentle, simple procedure. I’d consult w/the dermatologist in your area!
What are your opinion on fillers/Botox with melasma patients?
Safe to do injectables

Melasma will not be effected by botox or fillers. You are at no more risk than any other patient to have these treatments!
What do you think is the procedure that will greatly improve my scars?
acne scars

You have pitted, rolling, and boxcar scars. Its not uncommon to have a variety of scar types, and we offer a variety of options which might be performed concurrently or over time. I’d ask about subcision for the large/broad scars, and about micropen or possibly Fractora for the others. This will take many treatments over many months or a few years. Beware of anyone promising fast results and be fully informed of the risks.
