There are several different incisions that can be used for breast augmentation. The approach that your plastic surgeon will select depends on your anatomy, the type and size of implant you select and your personal preference. There is a slight risk of diminished nipple sensation with the peri-areolar (around the nipple) approach. If this is a significant concern, then I would recommend the incision under the breast.

I would recommend going back to your plastic surgeon for a touch up. A few units of Botox in the lateral aspect of your eyebrow will fix the problem! This should not cause droopy eyelids either!

Botox can definitely help with uneven eyebrows! On the left side of your face, where the eyebrow is lower, the doctor would inject the Botox to elevate the brow position. On the right side, the Botox would be injected to lower the brow. This technique can sometimes require 2 sessions.
