Thank you for your question. One month after surgery your breasts are still healing and what you see is not your final result. In revisional surgery the surgeon will often over correct for the problem because we know that scar tissue will often redevelop in the same area and will be worse than the first surgery. Allow yourself time to heal.

Thank you for your question. In several of your photos, the right lower eyelid is starting to develop malposition. This is most likely the "festoons" or prolonged swelling. There are a number of treatments including massage and sometimes diuretics to address the issue. You need to follow up with your surgeon and get treated as soon as possible before the malposition becomes permanent. Good luck.
