Thanks for the question. I also believe that a tummy tuck coupled with some liposuction will help in giving you a better contour. However, it is best to undergo that procedure after you are finished with having children due to the fact that pregnancy stretched the skin and abdominal muscles again and affect your result. Thanks for your questions. Although excessive vomiting and retching can put pressure on your muscle repair it usually takes a decent amount of force to overcome the suturing performed during the tummy tuck procedure. So although it can happen it is not a frequent occurrence thankfully. I recommend you discuss this with your plastic surgeon at your next appointment so you can be examined.

You should go see your plastic surgeon as soon as possible. That fluid build up sometimes needs to be drained so it does not cause problems with your incision opening up or cause an infection. Prompt care can help prevent future problem ad complications. You may need to wear your compression garment longer and rest after the aspiration of fluid too, but the most important thing first is to go see your plastic surgeon and get a good examination in person. I'm sorry you area going through so much pain. After breast augmentation some pain is within normal limits. We cut skin, breast tissue and muscle and these all have nerve endings that are cut in the process causing pain. You are still early in your postoperative period and the pain usually resolves with time. That being said it seems you are experiencing a significant amount of pain and so I suggest you see your plastic surgeon as soon as possible so they can examine you in person....

This definitely is not normal. You need to go see your plastic surgeon as soon as possible. You will need tissue and wound care. You have compromised skin and soft tissue where you see the areas with large scabs. This is a blood supply issue. Also if you have leakage for these areas or at the incision you may have a seroma as well (i.e. retained fluid beneath your skin flaps).

You can perform liposuction under local anesthesia for smaller areas. However I would wait a few months to allow things to settle including swelling before doing anything else. From the looks of your pictures you may need an abdominoplasty (aka tummy tuck) for excess skin. It all depends in a few months if you see enough skin retraction.

Yes you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck from what I see in the photos. Removing excess lower abdominal skin, and tightening up the muscles are the major part of the tummy tuck operation. You are really early in your postoperative period and I suggest you discuss this earlier with your plastic surgeon of you are concerned. But your implants may drop after a few more months. In my practice I use a Bando and downward massage for my patients.

I would recommend the implants go under the muscle but in a dual plane approach whereby some of the breast tissue below the nipple is released from the pec muscle to allow some room for expansion in the lower pole while still achieving good upper pole coverage. Cup size will be determined by the width of your breasts and the stretch ability of your skin as well as a few other measurements. I have not seen your previous post but I typically do not charge for that on top of the breast augmentation. However I cannot speak for other plastic surgeons. The lower pole scoring can definitely be done at the same time as putting in the implants and should be done at the same time. After the lower poles are scored, the breast implants help push out that new contour created.
