Thank you for the helpful photos. I think your assessment is correct. I would recommend a 2 stage approach. Have your lift first, then in a second stage use the BRAVA system before fat grafting. It will give the most consistent results.

Hello. The flexion or animation deformity you are describing is very common with submuscluar implants. It is no one's fault. In some woman it can be very noticeable. A position change to a subglandular placement will fix the problem. If you are very thin, fat grafting to the upper pole of the breast can help camouflage the movement. You will need to discuss the options and fees with your surgeon .

Thanks for the pics, however, I think a more standard shot might be more helpful (without pulling on the skin). An upper lid bleph helps the central skin above the eye but some sort of brow lift (Botox, Ulthera, or surgical) would be needed to correct the lateral hooding. Your jowl formation does not look that severe and it is difficult to assess the severity of your "turkey neck". You may be a candidate for Ulthera and some filler (fat or HA). I like to save a face lift...

Hello Meg2319. I think you can safely say that 4 out 4 doctors agree, no fleur -de-lis! Liposuction done concurrently with abdominoplasty can be done safely, but nothing beats losing that last 15 before your surgery.
