thank you for your question.
Femilit uses Fractionated Co2 laser as a result it does not improve much of the laxity of Labia Majora, though it is very good for vaginal dryness and stress incontinence not much for vaginal tightening.

there is a procedure called hymenoplasty in which the edges of the hymen can be approximated and possibly when you become sexually active you will bleed.

One speculum exam will not dilate your vagina or prevent you from feeling the discomfort of becoming sexually active.
