It will slowly go away within a month or two. Lopidine eye drops can be help reverse for a short period of time and be prescribed by your botox injector. Many people do not bother with this treatment when they find out that it is only going to last a few hours. Pick your choice and be happy that it will go away in a month or two! Just as the botox will wear off after 3 months.

You are correct in saying that your post op pics certainly do not look much different especially with those big 450cc implants !!! In the great majority of patients, the swelling will gradually decrease over six months and the breasts will look at least 20% to 30% smaller and hopefully meet your ideal image !!! Usually after 24 hours pain medicines are not necessary.
