This patient in his early 50’s had been experiencing 2 years of thinning and shedding at the vertex of the scalp with only partial response to topical minoxidil. Treatment was initiated with oral minoxidil and three sessions of platelet rich fibrin matrix at one month intervals, followed by maintenance treatments every three months.
