It is normal to have swelling from the trauma of any surgery. This is especially true in the first several months after tummy tuck. The other possible problem to consider is a seroma. In your pictures, you seem more swollen below the belly button, this is a typical area to have swelling if you have a seroma. You should see your surgeon, to be examined to make sure you do not have a seroma. Your surgeon can usually drain this in the office, if you do have a seroma….
