I have found many papers with different theories about textured and non textured implants.
It seems to me that early working out and too much activity after a procedure is more related to capsular contracture than type of implant.

Swelling can be several things
A seroma which is a pocket of fluid, normal hardness and swelling , or an infection but this doesn't appear to be the case by the picture.
I suggest to call to make an appointment and if that doesn't work then go directly to the surgical center.
You may also need to see another surgeon to help resolve and examine you to more exactly figure out if there is any fluid collection.

It's difficult to assess normal without an examination.
Your surgeon should know if your swelling is normal. Often hardness is from edema and is part of the healing process.
It's very important to ask these questions to your surgeon so they can assess you directly.
Of course any increase redness , increased pain, or a temperature are things to worry about immediately.

This is a very good question. I always tell my patients that a garment is to both help adher the tummy tuck flap as well as reduce swelling.
But in addition compression can reduce blood supply. If you feel pain or discomfort that could be the reason why. So good question, it appears that your surgeon may want to size you for a larger garment.

Please do not worry. As edema travels down face it often stays in the area you describe.

Try keeping your head a little elevated and ask your plastic surgeon if you can do some light massage.

It should definitely get better during the next several months.
