It appears from the single photo that there is quite a bit of asymmetry, as well as ptosis (droopiness) of at least the right breast. It is my opinion that a short scar (lollipop) lift provides better correction and better shape than a Benelli lift. The most important thing that you mentioned is that you have not specified a size. I would want to know approximately how much larger than your current A/B cup size you would like to be. One cup? Two cups? I would also like to know just how “small chested” you really are. 30″? 32″? 34″? The 25 cc difference between individual implant sizes is only 5 teaspoons, too little for the average person to even notice.
