Although it is difficult to tell exactly what is happening from the pictures, you may possibly have an incisional infection or a possible seroma both of which place your implant at risk. I recommend that you immediately contact your plastic surgeon for evaluation.

Thank you for your excellent question. I can appreciate your concern but you are very early in the post operative period. Assuming that your plastic surgeon has examined your abdomen and there are no abnormal fluid collections, it usually takes approximately 6 months for all of the normal postoperative swelling to resolve after TT. If the upper abdominal bulging is present after this healing time, then liposuction would be a consideration.
