If you also want your breasts to be somewhat larger, I would recommend bilateral breast augmentation combined with a "mini" breast lift where the areola is lifted and reduced in size while avoiding the vertical and horizontal "anchor-like" scars. If you can pinch about an inch of tissue in the upper part of the breast, implants may the be placed over the muscle. Generally speaking, for slim individuals with small breasts the preferred implant location is below the muscle to avoid that fake round look and to avoid visible rippling.

It is not possible for you to achieve the result shown by the photograph on the left. In my opinion you would benefit from a small breast reduction where the breasts are lifted as well. This would give your breasts a fuller appearance in the upper portion.

Seven days after surgery is too early to assess your result. There is certainly swelling present which will take several weeks to resolve. You should notice improvement in your contour over the next several weeks.
