Great question.  Further weight loss will not address the laxed skin and weakened abdominal muscles you seem to present. A tummy tuck would be the best option to address these concerns.  A tummy tuck surgery involves the removal of excess skin and fat from the abdomen in order to tighten the abdominal wall.  I encourage you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss in further detail.  Good luck!

Great question! Judging from your photographs the best solution would indeed be a tummy tuck.  A tummy tuck will tighten the abdominal muscles internally while removing the laxed skin externally. Liposuction will only remove unwanted fat in the area, not tighten the loose skin or muscles.  I suggest consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss these options in further detail. Great question! Congratulations on your weight loss.  You would be a great candidate for a full tummy tuck, breast lift, and breast augmentation.  A tummy tuck will tighten your laxed abdominal muscles inside as well as remove the excess fat and skin on the outside.   The purpose of breast augmentation surgery is to increase the size of the breasts.
