With your desire to have fuller and natural looking breast, the best option would be implants in the range of 250-300cc place subfascial plane which is a plane of tissue above the muscle but below the breast parenchyma. I think this will yield the most natural and long lasting result.

At nine weeks post op, I do not think your cleavage will separate more with time. Too tight of a cleavage results from aggressive dissection over the sternum. This would result in an unnatural cleavage. Fixing this problem would require a revision augmentation using internal capsule stitches and likely use of ADM to reinforce this area. It looks like you do have asymmetry from the provided photos. It looks like you are still in the early recovery period after breast augmentation. Your tissue will continue to stretch and the implants will settle toward the lower pole of the breast with time. This will occur within 6 to 9 months after the surgery. I recommend that you need to continue following up with your PS and if the issue is not corrected within this time frame, seek a second opinion. Good luck.

I agree with my colleagues opinions. Base on the photos, it seems either the implant was placed high (under the muscle) or you have capsular contracture leading to high riding implants. The implants are not filling out your natural breast tissue. It is unlikely that these implants will continue to drop now that you are 6 months out from surgery. Your option is revision surgery with capsulectomy and switch the implant plane from under the muscle to above the muscle (subfascial). Good luck on...
