Yes  Actually a face lift is exactly what you need. This should be combined with concentration on a mid-face lift. The best procedure that all other procedures are judged by is abdominoplasty which includes not only skin resection but also liposuction and corsetting the abdominal wall to give you the result you want. Other procedures are available but will not achieve the same result. These include laserliposuction and liposuction alone. It all depends on what you are willing to go through. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
