While it is safe for you to undergo surgery after the appropriate pre operative workup, you must remain realistic about your outcome. Cosmetic surgery will benefit you, but it will not make you thin or substitute for weight loss or nutrition. Be evaluated, and be realistic, and you will be fine.

While multiple procedures are safe, there is a limit and criteria for determining how much is too much. The risk of complications goes up when too many interventions are performed together or extensive time is needed to complete surgery. Also, swelling occurs throughout the body after there operations, and this again adds risk for compications. This is a tough question, but you have the oppertunity to avoid the lift surgery with such a high volume implant. It is not impossible that the implant will lower your inframmamary fold and improve your diameter without the lift. While you cannot control your genetics, you can limit your risks by controlling those things you actually can control. Maintain a proper weight and nutrition. Don’t smoke or use any tobacco products ever. Prepare in advance to have family or friends available after the surgery. You look to be the right candidate for a tummy tuck with midline plication and umbilical repositioning (in other words, a tummy tuck). Liposuction along the flanks from hips to bra fold would complete the result and give better contour. This also reduces any dog ear formation. Good luck.

I will disagree with some of my colleagues when I say that this is not entirely unusual. My partner and I perform more than 100 breast reductions each year. The most risk is associated with cigarette smokers and diabetes. Also, the massive breast presents some healing difficulty as well. While I don’t want to inform you that this is “normal”, it is still feasible that you will have good healing if you do proper wound care. Good Luck
