Congrats on your upcoming wedding, very exciting. In terms of your question, you would be a good candidate for either Kybella or lipo. The Kybella will get rid of the fat right underneath your chin. 4 days post-op is very early to tell the final outcome of the procedure. There is swelling and tightness in both breast and with time it will certainly change. I would allow for several months before getting a better assessment of final outcome.

I would believe that a lift would certainly disrupt a tattoo under this area. As you are describing a significant amount of ptosis (sogginess) and large breast size you would most likely benefit from an inverted T skin resection pattern which would certainly distort any work you do to that area. I would advise to hold off until after you undergo the surgery, at which point you can tattoo over the scars if you so desired.

It depends on the reason for the initial wound. If it was due to tissue ischemia leading to wound breakdown it may be reasonable to attempt to close the wound if you have enough skin laxity and are clear of infection. However, if you Plastic surgeon feels the you are at risk for problems with secondary closure then it is a safer option to let the wound heal on its on and the undergo revision surgery once you cleared the infection.
