Do you think kybella would work?
Mar 17, 2017
Dear Madboutart,
Congrats on your upcoming wedding, very exciting. In terms of your question, you would be a good candidate for either Kybella or lipo. The Kybella will get rid of the fat right underneath your chin. You would likely need 3-4 treatments spaced 6 weeks apart. Which may not give you the result in time for your wedding. Furthermore it may be more cost-effective to do liposuction.

If you are not opposed to having liposuction, I think you will get a...

What should I get done to better my nose?
Jan 27, 2017
Looking at your pictures, I believe you would be an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. This would be both beneficial in terms of your breathing as well as the overall appearance of your nose to make it more harmonious with the rest of your face. I think your next step should be to obtain an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in rhinoplasty surgery.

All the best,
-H. Abdollahi

Is it possible to have a breast revision and butt lift with fat transfer?
Combined Procedure
Jan 25, 2017
Dear Ashley,
It is often possible to proceed to combine to procedure at once as long as you are healthy enough to tolerated the longer time frame under anesthesia. The only obstacle may be your post op recovery, as when you have a bbl we encourage you to stay off your back and with a breast lift we don't want you on your belly, so you will have to sleep and recover on your sides. The best thing to do is to be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon for further...
Do I need a rhinoplasty? (Phtoo)
Jan 25, 2017
Dear Vale,
It is hard to decide whether or not a rhinoplasty is for you. I think that is a decision is base on what bothers you and what your goals are. The best way to decide is be evaluated by a board certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your concerns and review possible outcomes.

All the best,
-H. Abdollahi

4 days post-op breasts look uneven after Lift, will they look more even after recovery?
Breast Lift
Jan 25, 2017
4 days post-op is very early to tell the final outcome of the procedure. There is swelling and tightness in both breast and with time it will certainly change. I would allow for several months before getting a better assessment of final outcome.
All the best and speedy recovery,
Will a breast lift affect this tattoo?
Mastopexy and Tattoo
Jan 21, 2017
I would believe that a lift would certainly disrupt a tattoo under this area. As you are describing a significant amount of ptosis (sogginess) and large breast size you would most likely benefit from an inverted T skin resection pattern which would certainly distort any work you do to that area. I would advise to hold off until after you undergo the surgery, at which point you can tattoo over the scars if you so desired.
All the best,
H. Abdollahi

Wound VAC
Jan 21, 2017
Dear Stessie,
It depends on the reason for the initial wound. If it was due to tissue ischemia leading to wound breakdown it may be reasonable to attempt to close the wound if you have enough skin laxity and are clear of infection. However, if you Plastic surgeon feels the you are at risk for problems with secondary closure then it is a safer option to let the wound heal on its on and the undergo revision surgery once you cleared the infection.

About breast size - will this cream work?
Breast Cream
Jan 21, 2017
Dear Wania,
Unfortunately I do not believe that these creams will be of any true benefit. If you truly desire larger breasts, I would seek out a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to review augmentation options.
All the best,
H. Abdollahi
I'm needing a touch up on my bbl - I have some areas of fat necrosis.
BBL Touch up
Jan 21, 2017
Dear Tammy,
Without having a little bit more information it is hard to fully answer your question. Certainly, if you are in the post-op period things may improve with time. However if its been greater than a year, it would be reasonable to discuss your concerns with your physician to discuss further treatment options.
All the best,
-H. Abdollahi

Marionette Lines
Nov 25, 2015
Dear Catlaurdale, It certainly sounds like you have been through a lot, but I do believe that a combination of fillers and botox would certainly soften the marionette lines and give you a better result. I think waiting to have a Facelift makes perfect sense in terms of being off the Prednisone and having the remainder of your dental work done. But in the meantime I would encourage you to have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon so that they can fully assess...
I am 27 and I am concerned about the lines between my eyebrows. What is the best prevention method
Glabellar Lines
Nov 21, 2015
Dear Maritsaco, It seems that you are concerned with the "11" lines in your forehead region. I think Botox is an ideal treatment for this area and it will give you an excellent result. Botox is very safe and lasts about 3-4 months. Having the treatment done twice a year is a perfectly reasonable way to proceed. All the best, H. Abdollahi
Several cosmetic questions. Botox? Mini facelift?
Post Weight Loss Facial Treatments
Oct 28, 2015
Dear Babystace, First congrats on the weight loss. Unfortunately loosing weight can leave you with a bunch of issues that you may have not anticipated. In terms of your facial questions, I would suggest that Botox would be a great option to target the crows feet that are around your eyes. If its the looseness of the skin that bothers you, you could treat that with lower eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty). This could be combined with other facial procedures. In terms...
I had a filler in tear trough area. About 4 hours ago, I noticed two hard little lumps. Is this nor
Lumps after Filler injection
Oct 10, 2015
Dear Pinkyp, Having lumps right after filler injection may be normal. I often instruct my patients that receive fillers to massage the areas where they feel some lumps and bumps. This often will take care of any issues. Furhermore you may have had some swelling and bruising after the procedure. I would wait for a couple days to see the final result. If at that point things still appear uneven, it may be worthwhile to follow up with your provider.I hope this...
