Revommending a mastopexy procedure on a dark complexioned patient is looking for scar trouble. I know we like scars. But I hope this pretty lady understand the consequences of all this free advice. Adding 150 cc to breast implants size is usually disappointing. This lady just wants bigger implants.

Your nippes are above the mammary fold. The breast gland is beneath the fold. This is pseudo ptosis. All you need is an implant. The breasts are deflated. An implant will solve the problem.

Why is anyone asking doctors to give them permission to kill themselves smoking. No good doctor will agree to patient’s smoking. Get a life and stop being an addict. You’ll thank me when you reach 90. I’m intolerant of addictions. As an ex smoker I know I’m right. There is no reason for humans to suck burning tobacco ash into their lungs. Sorry if this hurts to hear, but the truth will set you free.

I routinely recommend Singulair and Vitamin E. The bando 24/7 is a necessity also. I follow my patients closely and use the medications for 6 months. Surgery is expensive and often fails. It is my last resort. Close follow up and patient cooperation is absolute. Just like hand reconstruction. If there is no patient commitment and doctor evaluation there will be no good result. Often a contracture will change sides from the right to left breast. Go figure…

Can I choose how much ccs of saline I want? Or is the doctor’s choice?

Yes the doctor can refuse to operate on you. If the result is the wrong size then the doctor is blamed by the patient. In my practice my patients select the cc’s. I may agree or not. If I really don’t agree then I tell them. But I often place 800 ccimplants which I think is nutty. But the girls love them and they want the BIG look. I get more complaints about small breast size not too big. You need a different doctor. Good luck.

This is very common. You will need close follow up with the plastic surgeon. ER is not the place to help plastic surgery patients as the ER docs have no idea about what we do. Your doctor is your best guide. If you lost faith then take your records to a different plastic surgeon who is American board certified in plastic surgery

At 11 days there is still time to make small adjustments in the breast position. Bras can adjust level and inferior tape support can elevate the lower breast i hope your doctor can help
