Your photos have been reviewed and assessed along with your history of 3 c-sections. Your answer is an unequivocal yes. Examining your picture, the scar looks like the result of the open technique utilized for umbilical hernia repair. A tummy tuck would more than likely include that scar. Because you want another  child, you are better served completing your family before having the procedure which would tighten the skin. TT scar length is result of procedure design. The fold of the lower abdomin is determining factor most often.  In review your pics, there is no appreciable redundancy. An in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is appropiate. The procedure you would want would be designed by your surgeon and you.  More than likely you will not have to have a long scar.

I answer this question because it is difficult. As you present in the accompanying photo you are not a good candidate for TT. Many doctors would reference your BMI. They would be correct in doing so. There is not a surgeon who performs abdominoplasties, who upon reviewing your photos, would not say you are  a good candidate for  a TT.. Pending clearance from your physical exam, I think it’s just a matter of an assessment by a Board Certified  plastic surgeon of your choice, a meeting of the minds before you are on your way to a procedure which will inhance your physical appearance. The procedure is further enhanced by including liposuction of the flanks.

Your photos were reviewed.  Your history included the fact you are 20y/o and have never had a child. Your photos and history individually as well as when collectively considered make you a poor candidate for tummy tuck. The board certified plastic surgeons I know would not perform a Tummy tuck on a woman who plans to get pregnant.  Your photo suggests much of what you desire would be accomplished with liposuction.

From your sequence of pictures the wound seems to have improved( looking at the  1st and the 6th pictures). That is basically a meaningless statement. Your question does not give enough info, nor does the pictures. Don’t Know if there is an implant involved or not. Suspect lift augmentation was probable operation performed.If an implant is involved, close follow-up is absolutely essential.  Please discuss this with your operating surgeon.

The groin does not have to be touched with liposuction. The extent of any liposuction is determined by examination and discussion between patient and PS. The areas will be decided prior to day of surgery and is the agreed upon site decided upon after discussion between you and he/she.

A review of your picture shows an arm that has excess skin. Jplasma with vaser or laser assisted liposuction will not give sufficient skin reduction in my opinion. This is another situation where an assessment by your plastic surgeon in a face to face evaluation is necessary. Liposuction with adjuncts will not give the result that  a linear excision of excess armtissue  will accomplish.

Pregnancy after TT is not recommended. This not for medical reasons. It’s more pragmatic;it’s not financially prudent to get pregnant and cause  physical changes of pregnancy which could undo what was accomplished by the TT. Regarding your surgery, the common recovery period, usually 6-8 weeks before returning to exercise should be sufficient time that a pregnancy after  that priod would be as safe as could be expected. For you to get rid of redundant skin of the back, demonstrated in your photos only the bra roll or upper back excision will accomplish this. There is not a doubt in my mind that the named operation here will rezolve the issue of the redundant skin. It is major surgery. Cost, though the same surgery, will vary from surgeon to surgeon.
