Tension free closure would create a fine scar that would be less noticeable.  The appearance of your opposite eyelid would need to be taken into account when revising your scar. Botox is a great option for dynamic wrinkles (wrinkles caused by muscle movement) such as those on the forehead. Cosmetic "wrinkle creams" are not regulated by the FDA and most often have little to no effectiveness. PRP is often used with facial procedures to improve the tone and texture of the skin but would be unlikely to provide much benefit for wrinkles of the forehead. It is difficult to determine from your photo but it appears that you have some degree of ptosis (sagging of the breasts). A mastopexy, or breast lift, would correct this and place your nipple back in its correct position and also correct the asymmetry. Find someone that you are comfortable with during your consultation because you will likely spend a lot of time seeing him or her during your pre- and postoperative course and will not want to spend significant amounts of time with someone that you do not feel comfortable around.
