Liposuction is used to address excess fat deposits and while it will improve contour, it will not address excess skin. When it comes to the abdomen you need to consider the issues of fat, skin, and muscle laxity if you are looking to achieve the best result.

In some cases liposuction is the best option to address fat, but when there is skin excess a tummy tuck may be a better procedure to achieve what you are looking for.
