From the view you have provided, it appears that you will likely need an arm lift or brachioplasty. The amount of skin that you have, especially at the armpit, will need excision of skin with its resultant scar to provide a nice contour. It does not look like liposuction alone will provide you with a good enough appearance.

Based on your photographs, it would likely be best to consider tummy tuck with liposuction. The hanging skin would probably not be addressed well enough with liposuction. In most cases, c-section scars can be removed when the tummy tuck is performed. Scars from tummy tucks can vary widely from patient to patient, but usually extend from hip to hip. Yes, it is possible to suction out unwanted fat if the BBL was done via fat injections. But I would wait between 6 and 12 months (preferable 12 months) before making that decision. In my practice, we instruct our patients to not rub the newly placed grafts for a minimum of 2 weeks. The most that should be done is to let water run over the transplants. In your case, it is possible that follicular units were rubbed away, but there is a good chance you only removed scabs and the shaft and that you did not disturb the grafts themselves. Propecia after hair transplantation is a good idea. While the transplanted hair should continue to grow, existing hair in the same region that was pre-programmed to fall out may, giving one the appearance that their transplanted hair has not grown. Often, by checking pre- and post-op photos, you can see that it was the existing hair that fell out. Propecia can definitely help to prevent this problem. It should be common practice, though not all patients will comply.
