Your blood pressure may be an indication that you are a very fit individual. If you are active and have no symptoms it is unlikely that this would be a problem. I would however, discuss this with the board certified anesthesiologist or cRNA providing your anesthesia.

It would be safe to exercise with a suture that has come to the service that had been placed in the skin. The suture however should be removed as it can cause infection. The person most qualified to remove that suture would be the surgeon that placed it in the first place.

I’m sorry you are having trouble following your abdominoplasty. Try not to get too discouraged. While it looks like you have someone to break down and possibly a mild infection there appears to be healthy tissue present in these photographs. After an abdominoplasty the blood supply to the skin level is sometimes diminished causing won’t healing problems. Overtime the blood supply does increase on its own. While some reason can occur with almost any surgical procedure. You should consider consulting you’re operating surgeon to examine the breasts. This may be isolated bruising or it may represent a collection of blood called a hematoma internally which would need to be addressed. Therefore I recommend seeing your surgeon for examination.

Well it’s difficult to say for sure from the photographs provided, it’s likely that these ones are normal for nine days post about a place to. some of the contour irregularities can’t be related to internal sutures or Staples causing small ridges and puckering of the incision itself. If you have concerns of infection or fluid accumulation you should see your plastic surgeon immediately.
