Hello! To help correct your concern with your nasolabial folds, there are many options for you. Yes, you can most definitely Microneedle the skin to help collagen production which will stimulate your body's collagen which can smooth out any unwanted wrinkles. Botox I don't think will be the absolute best solution for you. You most definitely can do fillers in the nasolabial folds, that will smooth and fill in the creases. I recommend starting with one of those 2 options and seeing what works...

Hello! To correct overfilled filler, you would have to dissolve it and then re-fill if you are interested in replacing the filler. It is always better to underfill than overfill, you can always build filler slowly to give you the best and most natural results.

Hello! If you are concerned about how uneven your lips are, I would recommend filler. I would also continue with the lip flip as it gives you a nice lifted pout, the filler will help fill in the areas where you feel are uneven.

Hello! Filler would be great for you! I would add filler into your nasolabial folds to smooth the lines around your mouth and add filler in your upper cheeks and under-eye area to help lift your cheeks and give more volume which will give you a more lifted, youthful look!

Hello! Unfortunately with your case, I believe Tummy Tuck would be the best decision and procedure for you. To remove excess skin the only procedure that would do that is Tummy Tuck. When you receive Lipo it can actually add more excess skin. I would consult with a surgeon that you're interested in and see what plan they decide for you.

Hello! When you receive Lipo 360, you can experience excess skin after, as it is not removing the skin it is removing fat from within the body. If you are concerned about loose skin a tummy tuck would be great for you! You can always add lipo after a tummy tuck if needed.

Hello! Lipo 360 is a great option for you! As for a tummy tuck, what you can experience with Lipo 360 is excess skin. Lipo is removing fat inside, so you can experience excess skin after the fat is removed. Some patients will receive Lipo 360 and then follow up with tummy tuck if needed. Hello! Don't worry, everyone's breasts are never the same or look asymmetrical! It is normal. But to answer your question, you can add small implants to give you a more full look, although when you add implants some patients would have their nipples facing different directions and still may need to consider a breast lift to reposition the nipples. I would most definitely consult with a surgeon and see what their plan is for you.
