The right plastic surgeon can give you what you want! It looks like you have given this a lot of thought and have photos to show your doctor what it is you are looking for. Take your photos with you and have a clear idea of the ultimate size you want so as you are making your decision about implant size and shape you will choose the perfect implant for you.
Stomach fat is distributed below belly button in a pouch, I’d like to be able to get a smooth stomach.

There are many options for you today. If you are most interested in a surgical approach, then liposuction or a mini-tuck might work for you. If non-surgical is something you would prefer, you should look into SculpSure – a non-invasive procedure that takes 25 minutes for a 4 pac configuration that looks about right for you. The “treat to complete” approach would take about 3 treatments.
Can I treat breast augmentation scars even are 1 year post-op?

I would suggest starting with Kenalog injections to flatten out the scar. I have seen great results in patients using this method. If the Kenalog is not effective, scar revision would be the next step.
